As Tabasamu Child Foundation looks to the future, our 2026–2030 priorities focus on building sustainable solutions that improve the lives of children, families, and vulnerable communities. Over the next five years, we aim to expand our reach, strengthen our programs, and develop strategic partnerships that create lasting impact.
Our priorities will place particular emphasis on quality education, child protection and wellbeing, skills development, livelihoods, water and food security, digital inclusion, and community empowerment. Through collaboration with individuals, organizations, businesses, government agencies, and development partners, we seek to transform opportunities into sustainable outcomes.
Our Key Priorities for 2026–2030

Increase access to quality education by expanding scholarship and sponsorship opportunities for vulnerable and disadvantaged learners.
2. Strengthen Libraries and Digital Learning
Improve our library services and introduce more digital learning resources to support reading, research, creativity, and independent learning.
3. Increase Access to Technology
Procure affordable eReaders, computers, and other appropriate digital learning devices to help learners access educational content and develop essential digital skills.
4. Expand School Uniform Production and Livelihoods
Grow school uniform production while creating opportunities for community members to develop skills, earn income, and participate in sustainable livelihood activities.
5. Develop Sewing and Knitting Skills Training
Establish and strengthen practical sewing and knitting training programs, particularly for young people and vulnerable community members, to promote employability and self-reliance.
6. Strengthen Poultry and Organic Garden Projects
Expand poultry farming and organic gardening initiatives to promote food security, practical agricultural skills, household income generation, and sustainable community development.
7. Develop Sustainable Water Infrastructure
Improve access to reliable and sustainable water sources, including conducting a feasibility assessment for the development of a borehole to support community and program needs.
8. Expand Sports, Mentorship and Life-Skills Programs
Strengthen sports and recreational activities alongside mentorship and life-skills programs that promote confidence, discipline, leadership, teamwork, wellbeing, and positive decision-making among children and young people.
9. Develop a Scholarship and Sponsorship Portal
Create a secure online platform through which eligible learners can apply for scholarships and sponsors can support children in a transparent, organized, and accountable manner.
10. Build Long-Term Partnerships and Diversify Funding
Develop stronger partnerships with individuals, businesses, schools, NGOs, foundations, government institutions, and development partners while diversifying funding sources to ensure the sustainability of our programs.
11. Strengthen Governance, Safeguarding and Accountability
Continue improving organizational governance, child safeguarding systems, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and financial accountability to ensure that resources are managed responsibly and that our programs achieve meaningful results.
Looking Ahead
These priorities represent our commitment to moving beyond short-term interventions toward sustainable, scalable, and community-driven solutions. By 2030, we aspire to have strengthened our programs, expanded our reach, and created greater opportunities for children and communities to thrive.
We invite partners, donors, volunteers, institutions, and well-wishers to join us in turning these priorities into reality and building a brighter, more sustainable future together.
